Delete your account

You can delete your account in any Tlectric app (Tlectric Calc, Tlectric Control and HaMispara) at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: By email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or include the phone number you registered with. Use the subject line Delete my account and name the app. We will confirm the request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, and other details you entered.
• Content you created: saved calculations, measurements, appointments and notes.
• Device data linked to your account, such as push tokens and paired devices.

What we may keep

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, and anonymous usage statistics that can't identify you. Backups are cleared within 30 days.

Only want to remove some data? Email us and say what you'd like removed. Your account stays active.
